Boot Camps are essentially about training hard, eating well and having fun with new people. But they are also about learning new fitness and nutrition habits that will transform your life – Overcome physical or mental challenges and push yourself way beyond your limitations!

Our Classic Camp is the most popular of all our camps and our typical day is is based upon this camp and the core activities you can expect to endure and enjoy! We like to make things fresh & exhilarating for all our campers, so each day will be a little different and may include other activities such as swimming.

With educational talks, team exercises and nutritious healthy eating, No1 Boot Camp aim to give you real, lasting, lifestyle changing, fitness & weight-loss results.

We use the freshest ingredients, prepared and cooked on site. Breakfast, lunch and superb dinner dishes are provided, with healthy energising snacks in between your fitness sessions and hikes to keep the body fuelled. Your taste buds will be in food heaven!

No1 Boot Camp has been very fortunate to maintain loyal and dedicated staff, a feeling of family permiates the working environment.
